Embark on a journey to the Sacred Hill of Ambohimanga, World Cultural Heritage Site, which is known for its profound cultural significance, encompassing a royal city, a burial site, and a collection of sacred places. Back to Antananarivo and begin a guided tour through the downtown area: to explore Analakely and the Avenue de l’Indépendance, with its vibrant atmosphere, and passing through the iconic railway station, to continue to Lake Anosy, known for its peaceful ambiance, bordered by jacaranda trees that burst into deep purple blossoms in October and November. Ending your way to the upper town, just before the sundowner, to witness the grandeur of the Queen’s Palace, also known as Rovan’i Manjakamiadana, and the impressive Prime Minister’s Palace of Andafiavaratra. Uncover the secrets of the Tsarasaotra Ramsar site, a bird lovers and watchers goldmine, located in the heart of the capital, a 27ha park represents an exceptional natural haven amidst an increasingly urbanized environment. The site is critical for the survival of 14 threatened waterbird species and subspecies endemic to Madagascar. It is notably the only known location in the Malagasy highlands to host the endangered Madagascar pond heron (Ardeola idae). Additionally, the park is home to the endangered Meller’s duck (Anas melleri) and the vulnerable Madagascar grebe (Tachybaptus pelzelnii).

Embark on a journey to the Lemurs’ Park, located approximately 22km west of Antananarivo, Madagascar’s capital.
